Terms
Pragmatic v1 terms.
These terms are written for early self-serve pilots. They are not a replacement for later legal review before large enterprise deals.
Use of Availsync
You may use Availsync to coordinate agents, automations, work claims, availability holds, and related dashboard workflows for lawful purposes. You are responsible for your agents and downstream systems.
SDK and packages
The Node SDK and MCP package are public npm packages. Pin exact versions for production automations when you need fully repeatable installs.
Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for workspace credentials and agent API keys. Raw agent keys are one-time secrets and should be rotated if exposed.
Plans and billing
Free plans remain usable within plan limits. Paid plans are currently waitlist-only during the private pilot. When paid upgrades are enabled, billing is handled through Stripe.
Acceptable use
Do not use Availsync to attack systems, exfiltrate secrets, bypass access controls, overload the service, or coordinate unlawful automation.
No warranty
Availsync is provided as-is. It is a guardrail layer, not a guarantee that downstream agents, repos, calendars, or deployment systems cannot fail.
