Usage limits

How limits are counted

Protected resources are unique resource pairs like repo:owner/name or project:homepage. Releasing a claim does not remove the saved resource.
Active work claims are leases that are still active and not expired. Expired, released, and superseded claims do not count as active.
Free plan example: you can create 3 agents, but only 1 agent can hold an active repo/project claim at a time.
